HOW DOES IT WORK?

Pose: No need for your guests to hold a pose! I’ll capture a quick photo so they can get back to enjoying the celebration— or they can stay and watch their portrait come to life right before their eyes!

Time: Portraits for individual guests take about 8 minutes to complete, while couples’ portraits take around 15 minutes. On average, I create 3 couples or 7 individual portraits per hour. Each painting can include a maximum of 3 guests. One painting per guest, please!

Size: Every portrait is painted on high-quality, acid-free 5x7" watercolor paper using professional-grade paints and materials, ensuring each piece is a beautiful, lasting keepsake.

Pick-Up: Your guests can pick up their completed portraits at the end of the event, safely tucked into a protective sleeve.

Set-Up: My set-up is simple and unobtrusive, consisting of a table, chair, and signage. The venue usually provides the table and chair, while I bring everything else needed to create a smooth and seamless experience.

Need more?
Want to make sure every guest gets their own portrait? I can create a waitlist and collect photos of any guests who didn’t have time for their painting during the event. These portraits will be completed in my studio and mailed to a designated person for easy distribution. It’s a perfect option for thank you cards or large gatherings where you want everyone to have a keepsake!
The additional cost is $20usd for every extra portraits.
For those hosting large or full-day events, the Gold Package provides maximum coverage, giving your guests plenty of time to enjoy the live painting experience and receive their custom portraits. Perfect for luxury weddings, conferences, and grand celebrations.

FAQ'S
What Happens at the Event?
I’ll arrive about an hour before the event starts to set up and get everything ready. The venue should provide a table and a chair.
To grab your guest's attention, I’ll have eye-catching signage and displays showcasing the portraits they can have done.
When guests visit my station, I’ll walk them through the process and snap their photo. After that, they can either stick around and watch the magic happen or head back to the festivities while I work. Once the artwork is finished, it’ll be displayed and ready for pickup, wrapped in a protective cellophane sleeve.
Do You Travel?
Travel within 1.5 hours from Cabo San Lucas, is included in the price.
For destinations beyond driving distance, I’m happy to travel by plane and am available to paint anywhere in the world!
Travel costs are determined based on the location, and I’ll provide you with an exact estimate.
How Do I Book?

I’ll get back to you right away to confirm availability and send over a custom proposal that fits your event details, guest count, and any extra add-ons you’d like to include.
I’ll also send you a contract. Once I receive your signed contract and a 50% deposit, your date is officially locked in!
The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.
Are There Any Restrictions?
I require a minimum of 2 days to book, and I’m available for up to 8 hours total, including a 30-minute break.
For each portrait, I can accommodate up to 4 guests, and each guest can receive only one portrait.
This helps ensure I can paint as many guests as possible.
While I’d love to create a portrait for everyone, it’s unlikely that each guest at larger events (50+ people) will have the chance. But no worries! The guests most excited for their portrait usually approach first.
