First, let me say congratulations! And thank you for considering me to be part of your special day. It’s an absolute honor to capture the love, joy, and magic of your wedding through a one-of-a-kind painting that will become a cherished heirloom for years to come.
This guide will walk you through the experience of working with me as your live event painter—from our first conversation, to painting live on your wedding day, and finally, the moment you receive your finished masterpiece. Before the Big Day
The journey begins by checking my availability. Simply fill out my contact form, and I’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
If your date is open, we’ll start planning! I’ll answer any initial questions via email and set up a personalized phone consultation where we’ll discuss all the details—your vision, colors, preferred scene, composition, and any special requests you may have. After all, this is YOUR painting, and I want it to feel truly special and unique to you.
Once we finalize the plan, I will send a detailed invoice and ask you to secure your date with a 25% deposit and a signed contract. This deposit is part of your total payment, not an additional charge. We’ll also set up a custom payment plan leading up to your wedding, with the final balance due one week before the event.
One week before your wedding: We’ll have a final check-in to go over all the details one last time—your chosen scene, the mood and emotions you want captured, and any personalized touches you’d like me to incorporate.
On Your Wedding Day
The magic begins! I will arrive 2-3 hours before the ceremony to set up and begin painting the background of your scene. By the time your guests arrive, the canvas will already be coming to life.
As the key moment unfolds (whether it’s your first look, first kiss, ceremony exit, or first dance), I will take reference photos and short video clips to ensure I capture every beautiful detail. Throughout the evening, I will carefully paint you and your partner into the composition, along with any guests or meaningful details you’d like included.
Your guests are welcome to stop by, watch the painting unfold, and even chat with me about the process. This unique experience adds an extra touch of enchantment to your wedding—one that your loved ones will talk about long after the night is over!
Before I leave, I’ll make sure you get a special moment with your nearly finished painting—perfect for photos! At this stage, around 80% of the artwork will be completed live.
Bringing Your Painting to Life
After the wedding, I’ll bring the painting back to my studio to fine-tune every detail—enhancing colors, refining textures, and ensuring everything is absolutely perfect.

Final touches will be completed within 24 to 36 hours for quick delivery.

If my schedule is full, the delivery timeframe may extend to 2-6 weeks.

If you’d like updates, I can send progress photos upon request. You’ll also have the opportunity to request up to three minor adjustments to ensure it’s exactly how you envisioned it (as outlined in your contract).
Once I receive your final approval, your painting will be either hand-delivered locally or securely packaged and shipped.
Now, all that’s left is to display your new masterpiece in your favorite space—a daily reminder of the love, laughter, and magic of your wedding day.
